So our Food and Beverage department , conducted by Our F & B Manager , Wiyono Hermawan , are very ready to accommodate your need for this purpose. Mr.Wiyono Hermawan is also the commander in our both hot and cold kitchen.Wiyono Hermawan graduated from the international hotel academy in Bali , then continued his study in Switzerland , before being hired by a lot of wellknown Cruise Lines , such as the sophisticated Norwegian Cruise Line , up to The legendary Holland America West Tours ( the tradition of excellence ).after that ,Chef WIYONO still had a very important roll in some famous resort and country club in the USA and Canada , and a couple years before joining with us , in Ijen Clift Resort , Chef Wiyono used to work in some international hotel chain in the Middle East.

 

Chef  WIYONO decided to come home , in his beloved island of Java , and joined with us to be the Manager of Food and Beverage.He offers you many kinds of local and specific delicious items , right from the appetizer up to the sweet desserts , and definitely from the very light apperitif up to the main mixed drink.

 

Chef  WIYONO has some good recommendation for your dining experiences with us , even we are not in the beach or coast side , but the biggest fish and shrimps trading activities is located just 90 minutes from our location, which is in Muncar Fish Auction harbor.
